The Kemp USA Premium Orange Mylar foil emergency tent shelter comes with a 20 ft paracord rope and is large enough for two people. Dimensions of the tent are 8ft x 5ft once assembled. To assemble, simply insert the tie the cord through the mylar tent, and anchor each end of the paracord rope to a point like a tree. Then tie down the 4 corners to heavy objects such as rocks or logs. Once the tent is assembled it will look like a giant triangular tube, providing a barrier on 3 sides (2 walls and 1 floor). This is an all-weather emergency protection. The beauty of mylar material is it deflects and conserves heat waves when appropriately used. Mylar blankets are very efficient in reflecting infrared rays (great for drastic temperature changes) and it is lightweight and tear-resistant, making it the best choice for survival packs, first aid kits, hiking, camping, winter storms, desert trips, and much more.
